Iron Wolf Solutions is owned and operated by Dwayne Thompson, an Anishinaabe member of Whitesand First Nation. Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, he made Alberta home in 2004. Dwayne proudly settled in Cochrane in 2022.

With a background in the ironworker trade, Dwayne built his career on discipline, precision, and hard physical work. Over the years he has also gained hands-on experience in moving, concrete work, and light demolition. This experience directly shaped the foundation of Iron Wolf Solutions.

Today, Dwayne provides reliable junk removal, property cleanups, light demolition, and seasonal services for homeowners, landlords, and realtors throughout Cochrane and surrounding areas.

He believes in straightforward service: show up on time, work hard, protect the property, and leave the space better than you found it. Just as important, he takes the time to listen to customers, understand what they need, and communicate clearly from start to finish. Building trust and long-term relationships in the community matters as much as getting the job done right.

Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, staying active, and spending time with his children. He looks forward to continuing to build Iron Wolf Solutions as a trusted local business and contributing to the strength of the Cochrane community.
